Why isn't Kucinich getting delegates for Maine? |
|
He has 16% there, is the delegate threshold higher than it is in other states? Here's the link that shows what I'm talking about. http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/primaries/pages/dates/02/08/index.htmlIs Kucinich going to get screwed no matter how he does?

actually I don't believe delegates are finalized until the voting is fully counted
and I think they actually put those delegates in the column for Kerry and Dean before Dennis got 15%
i am certain he will get a delegate in the end

5. Based on the caucus rules I heard yesterday, |
|
Each town/city has "x" amount of slots for the convention. The slots are divvied up proportionally to the cacus votes. My town had 10 delegates and 20 people caucused. 10 Kerry, 3 Kucinich, 3 Edwards, 2 Dean, 2 Clark. Delegates were netted to 6,1,1,1,1

8. i know he's got delegates to the state convention |
|
but CNN is showing delegates to the national convention on there. And it shows Kerry and Dean with some but not Kucinich even though Kucinich got over 15%.
But come to think of it, I thought in caucus states delegates weren't awarded until after the state convention, so how is it that CNN is showing ANY delegates for ANY of the candidates right now?

election is screwed up. Washington hasn't been fully counted, Maine is ridiculously far behind. I don't get it.
