2. How bizarre. Sometimes I feel like I'm being asked

to explain how you make a criminal act more workable. I mean these thugs went into a country and tore it up as crooks in a crime of mayhem and one of them resigns then reccommends how things could have been done differently. Somehow they force the scope of the discussion down to the tactical level then demand that those trying to stop the crime in progress need to "have a plan" for fixing things (read: completing the crime in progress).

The goddamn crooks are demanding that we help them complete the crime!!
