| Canadian Member of Parliament decries "big-ass subsidies" |

Saw an amusing moment on C-Span yesterday. An MP asked the Prime Minister when he was going to "end subsidies to Big Oil and Big-Ass -erm- to Big Gas..." After the laughter, the PM promised to "get to the bottom of this forthwith. I hope the MP is not making any personal observation..." The MP, flustered, said "I have no idea what was in my mind when i said that, but seriously, when will the subsidies end?" PM: "Of course, a Freudian slip is always a serious matter..."
