*Here we go* "We need to have accountability for our Iraq policy" |
|
So sayeth Rush today.
So now don't be surprised if you hear a lot of this between now and the next Congress convening.
No need to look back no not with these Conservatives-ever forward thinking lot they are. We don't need to look back but understand those Democrats had better understand that they are expecting WE ARE EXPECTING them to be held accountable for what they do in Iraq from here on out---that was the message today.

1. NOW they want accountability? |
|
Now? Honest to God, where were these people for the past few years when things went further and further along the road to hell in a hand basket on wheels?
Now that the Democrats have been elected to the Legislative Branch, not the Executive Branch, mind you, everyone is now suddenly supposed to be accountable? Where was the accountability for all of these bloody years?
Those accountable are those who led us into this quagmire upon a raft of lies.

2. More's the reason we need to investigate this war, the spending for it and the lies that got us into |
|
it.
If we end the war now, then investigate it, the right thing gets done.

3. I also just heard him say, "I hate war" |
|
and "Should we not fight unless we're attacked?" and "Republicans never enter war just for war's sake".
