How long before Repubs filibuster Democratic legislation?
I would not be surprised if it happens in the first two weeks Democrats are in control. All that bullshit from Lieberman and McCain and the Nelsons and Landrieu will turn out to be just that - bullshit. Democrats will find once again that the rules seem to change when the Repubs are in the minority. Just wait to see what that hypocrite, Orrin Hatch says about "filibusters". I suspect it will be sooner rather than later...

1. I hope that they do...
It will only show how immature and stubborn they are by not willing to work with the Democrats. More and more fence sitters will become disgusted and a few more Repukes will cross that line as well. This country as a whole is tired, just plain tired of having a government that will do nothing for the people that elected them.

3. Well the nucular option is still on the table, right? And hey, the Dems won't use it if the
pubs don't filibuster, so it's all fair and good.
