Sean Hannity has some nerve for criticizing Kerry's anti Vietnam War days. |
|
Hannity had a quote from Kerry where Kerry said the US military committed war crimes in Vietnam. And Hannity is acting like it's BS. The big question here is: What the fuck is a draft dodging chickenhawk doing talking about Kerry's service? The idiot is insinuating that Kerry should have named names of criminal soldiers and since he didn't then it's lies.
If the Repukes try this they're toast. I mean if this is the best they got, then that's pretty funny.

does this twat seriously expect anyone to beleive that there has EVER been a military that HASNT committed war crimes - not even the US military denies that there were war crimes in Vietman (the very fact that they were there being one)

2. Quote probably came from Kerry's Senate testimony in 1971 |

6. The statement spoke of others who had testified |
|
I would like to talk on behalf of all those veterans and say that several months ago in Detroit we had an investigation at which over 150 honorably discharged, and many very highly decorated, veterans testified to war crimes committed in Southeast Asia. These were not isolated incidents but crimes committed on a day-to-day basis with the full awareness of officers at all levels of command. It is impossible to describe to you exactly what did happen in Detroit - the emotions in the room and the feelings of the men who were reliving their experiences in Vietnam. They relived the absolute horror of what this country, in a sense, made them do.
They told stories that at times they had personally raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned up the power, cut off limbs, blown up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in fashion reminiscent of Ghengis Khan, shot cattle and dogs for fun, poisoned food stocks, and generally ravaged the countryside of South Vietnam in addition to the normal ravage of war and the normal and very particular ravaging which is done by the applied bombing power of this country.

had the unmitigated audacity to ascribe the second paragraph, i.e., that THEY told stories that at times THEY had raped, cut off ears, etc. to Kerry! Hannity is such a freaking tool it isn't funny anymore. The rethugs are SOOOOOOOOOOO scared it's hilarious. Susan Estritch was actually laughing at Hairhat and that other tool Rich Lowry. Too bad Franken didn't beat Lowry like a rented mule.

3. Our senior military history analyst, Sean Hannity. |
|
I think it's pretty much common knowledge by now that the U.S. committed its share of human atrocities in Vietnam. The whole nation is conflicted about the Vietnam War. If it isn't nice and neat, Sean Hannity doesn't know about it.

5. That's why we really need Clark, not Kerry. |
|
He is beyond criticism on that score anyway.

7. Yeah, who needs to stand behind a war protester anyway? |
|
Did Clark ever protest any war before he decided he wanted to be president? Just wonderin'.

9. Exactly, Clark is not full of the waffling and contradictions of Kerry |
|
Kerry is his own worst enemy. All the GOP has to do is replay every contradictory statement and vote that Kerry has made or done in the last 20 years, and they will succeed in showing Kerry for the opportunist that he is.
The Left will do the same with Kerry's flip-flops on PATRIOT, Iraq, and the gay marriage amendment.

10. "Liberalism breeds terrorism." |

What do you expect from a guy who claims to see no difference between a liberal and a terrorist. He says that some of us "like Saddam Hussein more than the pResident." If you ask me, their peas in a pod--quite a rotten pod, too.
