lead incredibly sad and pathetic lives if they have to make shit up so they can pretend to be martyrs. They should spend about 10 years without constitutional liberties; that just might shut up the fucking whining.

I tend to think that's sad. To make a big deal if they don't, or make a big deal if they do. Surely we have more important things to worry about.
