Why did Bush wait until ISG report was done before asking for Pentagon.. . |
|
and State Dept report on the Iraq situation. The ISG worked on their report for 9 months and did not wish to come out with it until after election. So now, Bush says he wants to study what the Pentagon and the State Dept have to say about the situation before he makes any decisions? Has he not received any reports from the Pentagon or the State Dept up to this point? That is a scary thought.

1. Scarier still, the tag team stalling game they all play... |

We'll see to what extent ISG was really politically opposed to W by what the MSM's reaction will be allowed to be. For instance, when i read the giggling incident described as "bush acknowledges the situation in Iraq is bad", I started having some doubts.

...like a petulant little child who won't be told what to do.
It's like watching the captain of the Titanic say, "Yepper. I see the big hole in the ship and I've got water up to my knees. The ship architect has told me that the boat will sink and that we should abandon ship, but I'm going to wait and see what the bellhops have to say about this. I'll get back to ya!"
The man is a miserable failure--and a clown. He got us into this horrendous disaster, and then he proceeded to run it like a complete nimrod. We can't expect that the ending will be pretty either.
I really wish his daddy would stand up and declare that they're ripping the steering wheel from Junior's fingers. We don't need any more reports to tell us that the Iraq war needs to end, NOW.
