Annan's valedictory speech at the Truman Library tomorrow
FROM their website:

Monday, December 11 at 11:30 am
The outgoing Secretary-General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan, will give his last major speech in that role at the Truman Library.

The Truman Library was selected to recognize Harry Truman, who helped found the United Nations during the closing days of World War II. The Secretary General is expected to address the principles of global governance for the 21st century. The speech will be webcast live and can be accessed through the Truman Library's website at www.trumanlibrary.org. Seating for the event is by invitation only.
