I thought they were usually free.

Isn't this more of a Road to the White House type thing? The last thing we need to seeing Hillary (or any pres wannabe) covered 24/7 as she/they fight to ban vice city.
If Obama says anything of merit (like end the drug war, be liberal, yadda), perhaps they can sound bite it.
