I really don't think so. Here's a pretty typical Hillary speech I found at random on youtube. I agree with what she says and all that, but she just doesn't have anything approaching the public speaking ability of Obama.

She commands the stage and speaks without notes.

Of course, she has had so much practice as a public speaker.

She is also charming and IMO, pretty.

I was impressed when she spoke in Southern California during the lead up to the 04 election.
