this was the objective from the beginning and still is the objective. WMD, democracy, terra, terra, terra, and all else is propaganda to disguise the truth.

The plan to take Iraqi energy resources by anglo-American oil multinationals is right in the ISG study. The plan to take Iraqi oil by force was the Cheney energy policy which he refused to reveal to Congress in 2001. Of course our defense budget and the Iraqi banking system, public utilities, and tax revenues are also on the US elite buffet table as well.

The contended dispute between the ISG and the administration is window dressing. The same people are in charge as have been in charge from the beginning. The whole PR effort right now is geared toward convincing the public that our government is responsive to the electorate, which it isn't.
