Two outside groups that played a significant role in the 2004 residential election have agreed to pay nearly 450-thousand dollars for various violations.

The Two Groups,Swift Boat Veterans For Truth and Move-On, along with the League of Conservation Voters settled charges that they failed' "To register and file disclosure reports as a federal political committees.'

Here all I know I don't have how much Move-On paid but here the Liars Swift Boat Veterans For Truths fines 300- thousand dollars. In 2004 campaign, the group leveled unsubstantiated allegations about John Kerry's military record in Nam. As soon as I get a link I will post both fines just to be fair.
