Enough of the "who should do what after tomorrow" posts! |
|
Can we please just wait until after tomorrow to post these things?
I am beyond sick of these type of posts tonight.
The poll asking who will drop out after tomorrow is insulting!
After the votes are in... please feel free to flood this board with all of the "who should drop out posts" you want. Just respect the candidates and the voters enough to wait until after we know what happens.

1. While I don't care for some of the candidates |

I would hope they would ALL hang in until at least Super Tuesday if not beyond.
Let's let more than one fifth of the states in the union pick our candidate. Novel concept, eh?

2. I think that those who clamor for the ouster of candidates |

should list the states they want to pick our nominee. Shall we leave the job to the citizens of Iowa and NH? Widen it to NM, Arizona, Washington? Let's let them choose and we'll codify into our bylaws, save ourselves a lot of money and hairpulling.

Patience is a virtue. And it's stupid to antagonize supporters of other candidates with suggestions that their guy ought to drop out already. Whoever you're supporting, you want him to get the nomination, right? And if he does, you'll want the support of Democrats who supported other candidates - otherwise, chances of success in the fall election are minimal. So let's wait and let what happens happen. We'll have a nominee soon enough.

just let people vote. i also don't like the demands for people to drop out and get behind a candidate(even if it's my candidate) before the voting isn't even over.
