Nevertheless I think Pelosi's right to say impeachment is "off the table." I just want investigations--especially retrospective ones--to keep rolling until there is such a hue and cry that the public demands impeachment and the Dems can credibly say they have no choice but to go along.

I think a lot of people have said that it is important to conduct the thing organically, investigate investigate investigate and this will undoubtedly lead people to ask for impeachment, et, etc...

I will add we need to confiscate the Bush fortune to repay the bankrupting of our country too.

7. The impeachment process should be understood to mean investigate first

Although I agree that some people don't think that's necessary.

At the very least, we need that which we know read into the Congressional Record before actual impeachment hearings can begin.
