American Chamber Of Commerce In Shanghai Opposes Labor Protections - 12/22/06

The American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai is opposing stronger labor protections in a new Chinese labor law. The chamber is protesting restrictions on firing workers in China and says the new labor law gives too much management power to unions when it comes to working conditions and rules.
