11% of Americans support escalating the war |
|
Yet it looks like it may well happen.
When are we going to realize that voting isn't going to change anything? When does the revolution start?

15. Draft those 11% and send them over to clean up the mess. |
|
They can escalate to their heart's content, we'll be rid of a whole host of idiots... a big "win-win" in my book!
Oh, and while we're at it, bring home the ones stuck there now; with 11% of our population headin' over there so fired up and gung-ho for fightin', our current military would just get lost in the shuffle.

11% of Americans suffer from the horrors of rectal-cranial inversion. There are always idiots, assholes, and the truly unstable out there.
If it said that 11% of sane Americans supported it, I'd be more worried.

6. The point is there are 89% who don't want to escalate the war, |
|
and yet it's going to happen anyway. When did we lose all contact with our "Representatives"?

|
Do you mean a 'villagers waving pitchforks' kind of revolution or an impeachment kind of revolution?

8. impeachment type of revolution would require the Dems in DC |
|
actually taking the initiative to stand up to Smirk. So that's extremely unlikely.

10. And you think the 'pitchforks' kind of revolution is more likely? Or even desirable? |
|
I dunno, if Bush keeps babbling on about escalating troop strength and 'surging', his own damn party might impeach him. My very Republican sister said this past weekend that if Bush even mentioned the word 'draft' out loud, he should be impeached. And she was barely lukewarm about the whole GOP. This is a woman who was so rabidly Republican last year that I almost had to leave our family Christmas gathering. This year it was a whole different story.

Sure they will.
So your sister might get her panties in a twist if there's a draft - typical chickenhawk republican - "I don't care what happens as long as they don't come for me". As long as Smirky doesn't start a draft, all is OK.

14. Yes. I have considered killing her, but I have yet to work out the details. |
|
I wouldn't want to get caught, that would kind of negate the benefit of eliminating her.
I think we should just eliminate all the people who don't think precisely as we do. Or I do.
Ooops...I think that means you might have to go.

|
Death and Destruction = The Bread and Butter of Middle-Class Americans.
11% act like 100% by choosing Death for anyone but themselves in this Blessed Army for Hire by BushCo et al, and isn't it Nice and a sign of God's Love for Amerika that the War on Terror isn't happening here on our soil, thank Goodness. On to Iran! :sarcasm:

18. ? + Definition of a Conservative |
|
Why not? - Because it's not Real. The fact is that they are not 100%, only 11, the other 89% is not 0. It's there effecting things; how might that be benefited from = "profit". Definition of a Conservative: One who does not act as though 11% is 100% of anything.
