The last house seat still being contested.

What is it? I know that we won one more house seat that was being contested, we now have a 31 seat majority, but I know one seat is still out. What seat is it and what is being contested?

Personally, I'd love a 32 seat majority.

^_^

4. It's Florida Congressional District 13, the one Katherine Harris besmirched.
Frankly, if I were Speaker of the House, I would challenge Vern Buchanan, tell him to step aside, and not allow him to take his seat. Then I would allow for a re-vote in that district.

5. Isn't it the 18,000 vote thingy?

The reason I said that I was wrong in my reply above was because cnn.com had it listed as no seats still being undecided, so I figured that it was allready taken off, got confused with that 31st seat, etc. 18,000 votes lost... I mean... That's just not right, if your a Republican or a Democrat, those districts with those machines need to have a special election. It's just not right. States need to start legislating stuff for situations like this.

6. In Florida? Verifiable votes?
Our state legislature made that illegal!
