7. the most conservative senator still in orfice.
he had a hold on a judicial nominee that both parties approved, simply because she attended an old friend's family wedding - involving the same sex.

his idea of family values is beating your wife just to keep her in the kitchen and bedroom.

9. I cringe at the thought of him being President.

But I laugh at him for thinking he might be!

22. Welcome to DU!
brownback is a HUGE, nauseating, sanctimonious embarrassment. Worse and more extremist (if that's possible) than bush, even. And far less "charming" (well, the "charm" doesn't work on me, but it has been extremely effective on the gullible).

8. I actually WANT him to run.
Would make it much easier for us if he got the nomination. He's completely insane.

10. Most Americans will strongly disagree with Brownback's
extremely radical fundie right-wing stance on just about everything. I want to see his views exposed in the media, because, IMHO, they will reflect very badly on the Rethug party.

Let 'em, run...

13. The more press this guy gets, the better
The majority of Americans NEED to see this guy and all that he "stands" for.

20. Agreed
- we need as many candidates like Brownback in the race to remind the American voters what the Republicans are really like.

I was sad that Frist dropped out. I really hope Tom Tancredo gets into the race.

21. LOL
I want Brownback to run. Neither McCain, Romney or Guiliani are well-liked by fundies and Brownback would do much to siphon their support. I think he can get about 20% in a GOP primary.
