2. On Fox, Schumer gave a list of acceptable names.

Including Jim Comey, he gave a list of honest conservatives who could be easily confirmed as Attorney General.

Not what Bush wants in there, of course.

3. Well, if there's anything that is the kiss of death to any potential

replacement candidate, it's a Dem. recommendation! Even if a person was at the top of Shrub's "non existant list" Shrub is sooo arrogant and self absorbed the mere mention of someone by any Dem would instantly disqualify them.
