Bush Postpones Thinking about Iraq Until 2009 (Satire)
<Snip> “Thinking about the war in Iraq is exactly what the insurgents want us to do,” Mr. Bush told reporters. “By saying that we are giving the war in Iraq a thoughtful assessment, we would be playing directly into the evildoers’ hands.”<Snip>

(The trouble is the satire isn't too far from the truth.

"Fiddle-dee-dee. War, war, war. This war talk's spoiling all the fun at every party this spring. I get so bored I could scream ... If either of you boys says 'war' just once again, I'll go in the house and slam the door."

"Why I hadn't thought about that yet. I'll, I'll think about that tomorrow."
