I saw that segment too. Tucker was actually giggling when he was discussing the veto with Rangel. Too bad Charlie's response wasn't: "Look you little ignorant shit, if you're going to just box me into corners instead of treating me like an adult let me just run along, OK? I've got a stupid president to deal with."
