The latest anti-Global warming argument is a retread of the anti-evolution argument.
This struck me last night listening to Glenn Beck promote his CNN special on local radio. I watched about ten minutes of it and realized where I had heard this before.

It was just a few years ago that they came out with their new improved offensive argument on evolution. No longer was the "missing link" necessary to prove that evolution existed now you had to disprove their side of the issue. They adopted "creationism" and then when that didn't test well in the focus groups they called it "intelligent design".

It appears that they went back into storage and brought out their old anti-evolution display, got out the masking tape, and wrote in "Global Warming" where appropriate.

Now, you see, in order for global warming to not have what ;-) some people say is some sorta questionable aspects to it ;-) it must be proven not just fully but 125%, that or God must speak from on high to say "Yes global warming is real" (hopefully adding "Why do you think I created science?" ) other than that ....well there are some questions you see.

1. With the Pentagon assessment that global warming is a national security issue shouldn't that mean
actively trying to stop action from being taken to combat it is a threat to our security?

2. That makes no difference to them
there is money to be made. There is even more money to be made in letting the problem get so out of hand that only the multinationals could possibly take care of it.

Don't ever forget that.

3. I caught Glen Beck last night (arrggghhh)
channel surfing when I happened upon that sweet faced little scumbag to hear something about global warming being a joke, etc. Couldn't watch it all - he makes me gag!
Thought long and hard about all the folks who might fall for his utterly charming demeanor, his soft as butter voice, his totally fake arguments, well rehearsed to poison minds.
Swore right then and there to never watch CNN again.
Probably a good idea to start a boycott of the products advertised on his show?
Yes, all about money - they pay deniers to tell lies!
