3 out of the 10 deny evolution ..
Brownback, Tancredo, and Huckabee raised their hands to say they don't believe in evolution. My God, how disgraceful.

2. And the world is flat! I learned that in my Science class; it's a fact, not a
belief!

5. Pandering for the fundamentalist vote
Religious fanatics are the core of the Republicon party.
This should get them plenty of free time on Jesus Radio.

6. McCain looked like a complete fool ...
He was the only one who stepped forward to say he believed evolution occurred but when he looked around and saw that he was all alone he quickly backed away mumbling something about seeing the hand of god in the sunset ..... What a maverick ....

7. Well That Weeds Out the Field
Even in America -- which is saying a lot -- I don't think a candidate who denies evolution is going to be elected. It will be a huge millstone during a campaign, and Democrats should make the most of it if one of them is nominated. As Chomsky is fond of saying, you don't find this kind of pattern anywhere else in the developed world.
