2. Example of how poitics should not be . People will actually vote or not vote for him because...
the media Queen says she likes him.

Dr Phil is nuts about money.

3. Considering she can take almost any book and make it a national
instant classic, she will work wonders for him. I figured she would endorse him, but I'm glad to hear it officially. He's just been knighted by the "Queen".

on our culture.

12. Ditto ... not a big fan
now or ever. And really don't like her after seeing her cameo in Moyers' Buying the Air. She disdainfully cut off one audience member who dared to question NYT ho Judith Miller. Guess Harpo really does believe in her almighty word!

16. If she can get some women who'd otherwise vote for Rudy to vote Obama,
I'll say 'thank you' to Oprah.

4. Well that is no surprise. She said several years ago
that if he ran for President she would, for the first time, get involved in politics.

6. Who will be the first muckraker to...
...price Oprah's time at $x/min and calculate she contributed more than $2300 worth of "services" to Obama?

7. Wonderful.
She also endorsed Der Gropenator by letting him speak on her show for an hour along with his anorexic wife and did NOT give equal time to Gray Davis.

Oprah's forgotten where she came from.

13. This is not surprising. She had Elizabeth Edwards on not too long
ago--after the cancer announcement--and some people who saw the show said
Oprah was practically rude to her.

I would guess that Oprah didn't want to do the segment, but got talked into
it by some of her producers.

25. I saw the show. She was not rude to her
She didn't gush over her. She did ask direct questions but they were in no way rude. I think for some people everything Oprah says is criticized.

I have no problems with her endorsement. It's her opinion. She has publically spoken years ago that she wanted Hillary to be the first female President.

She also had a show on with Frank Rich regarding his book, The Greatest Story Ever Sold. In that show she admitted that she was also taken in by the propaganda.

Will she still endorse a Democrat, or withhold any endorsement?

How about if Obama's the VP?

24. She is endorsing him
because of what he stands for. She had time to know him personally. She feels he has substance and will rule the country in a way that it would make all Americans proud.
