Bush can fund the troops with any bill

George W. Bush is the ONLY person who is holding up the SUPPLEMENTAL funding (emergency funding, he calls it) for continuing the occupation of Iraq. He is the one playing political games with the troops in Iraq, using his access to the "liberal media" to nationally lie about the Democratic party.

He can do what he's always been doing ... using his QUESTIONABLY constitutional "signing statments" to negate any aspect of the funding bill he doesn't agree with ... such as benchmarks (which he had called for a few years ago).

Of course, when has the Constitution ever really stopped a Republican?

2. Change "Republican" to "neo-con"

That way you won't offend any of the sane Rethugs who read your letter. They don't much like the neo-cons and associate themselves with those thugs in their own minds.
