she should know that she is at serious risk of legal jeopardy if her cooperation is incomplete or in bad faith.

After all, she was a high-ranking official in the Justice Department, and could easily meet Scooter Libby's fate.

6. I cannot believe they gave her immunity and did not insist

that she produce all of her documents in the bargain. This is a bad sign. Somebody goofed in my opinion. Monica does not sound very trustworthy. Isn't the document request part of her subpoena?

I hope this testimony will shock us with honest testimony, but don't get your hopes up. This bunch surrounding Rove are deep with loyalty, and shallow on honesty. I hope that oath means something to her, but I'm not counting on it. Very pessimistic now.

Why not appoint a Special Prosecutor for this Justice Scam. This is about voter suppression. I think a Special Prosecutor can subpoena these guys.
