Tweety has KT McFarland (a Reagan undersecretary) and Michael Brown on talking about holes in Homeland Security. KT says she's not feelin' all that safe.

Brown says the bureaucracy is the problem and we need to break DHS up into smaller agencies.

At the close, Tweety sez: Thank you Michael! Its great to have you back! Thank you, KT, you're the smartest.

5. I don't think he was a bad guy in Katrina. Fall guy, yes, but mostly they
just ignored him and as a result nothing happened.

6. He accepted a position that he wasn't nearly qualified for because he is a loyal Republican.
