4. I saw Zoellick interviewed by Charlie Rose. He was

(1) arrogant, (2) appeared to think he had better things to do than be there, (3) bragged about how he was so close to his Chinese counterparts (in trade negotiations)that they always worked things out in a way that nobody but they themselves could understand.

He's a neo-con, and having him in charge of trade negotiations was like putting Wal-Mart in charge. He's like Wolfowitz except with 5 percent more charm.
