3. Bush will proudly say; " Mr. Libby is a fine man who has contributed immensely to this
administration" Dick Cheney is most pleased over his handling of the court proceedings, so much so, that Mr. Cheney to date hasn't spoken a word to Scooter claiming the occassion has never arisen.

4. I think he will
He can't run again and Cheney won't so what would be the harm? The next candidate will disavow Bush/Cheney anyhow so I don't see a party problem.

5. I think Bush will pardon Libby because
Bush has done everything he wants to do. There is nothing (including laws) to stop him.

After all, he's going to have all that free time, now. There may be quaking aspens, even.

7. No, Bush will retire to a high rise condo in Dallas.
Unless he melts down in these last, lame duck months.

10. It wouldn't make sense for him to pardon Libby, but...
since when has not making sense stopped him? Bush really believes he can do whatever he wants, with no consequences. And why not? He hasn't paid a real price for mistakes in his entire life.
