As far as the hands...Kerry has longer arms clearly and a blue shirt on and I can see the blue sticking out of his suit above Clark's white cuff. Kerry's hand must be out of pic...up above in one of those weird hand-holds politicians do these days. Like they're afraid to look "gay" so they grab the end of one another's fingers. Ya know?
