Will a republican presidential candidate pick reagan as a running mate?
We have seen the past seven years what the republican party thinks about the constitution; and nowhere in the constitution does it say a dead guy who ordered the murder of priests and nuns and children and who is a hero of the right wing and who wanted to feed your kids ketchup for lunch and who was a mediocre actor at best and didn't do much for the sanctity of marriage can't be the vice president.

BROWNBACK-REAGAN IN 08. Its morning in the 17th century!!

1. Oh. but it does...
V.P. Must "reside" in the US. I don't think laying in a grave could be "residing" But who knows, why would a detail like that stop them?

3. Hello MNDemNY and welcome to DU
I can see a gang of gop lawyers storming the court house with petitions clearly stating that reagan does, in fact, reside in the United States.

15. I keep thinking they're going to stick with what they think is a winning
strategy and run that wacko Brownback in the top slot with either Julie Annie or Thompson in the #2 slot to run things and keep the war going. That way they keep the snake handlers on the hook for another election cycle, they think.

The whole Dispensationalist movement seems to be having some of the steam let out of it, though, and sincerely doubt that many people will fall for that arrangement a second time.

12. That would be kind of awkward
Since they are all trying to pass themselves off as Reagan.
