This is a seven page article written by Obama outlining his views on foreign policy.

2. It sounds good. Foreign affairs, ironically, seems to me his strong suit
Getting away from the whole Iraq debate, when it comes to overall foreign policy that seems to be his strong suit. That is ironic given his inexperience in the era but clearly he is brilliant and apparently has done his homework on the issue. He's on the foreign relations committee right?

3. I hope that it would be visionary and bold
(and I hope this thread doesn't get the snipes the Edwards thread got)

Clearly he would have a chance to re-shape the way the world looks at us.

He would, hopefully, become a real voice for peace, and show courage. Jury still out on the courage, IMO. Not a slam, just waiting to see if he can move us to a new paradigm.

6. Thank you
for finally recognizing that Obama does have a position on issues. I know you're an Edwards person, but a fair shake is always appreciated. :hi:

7. No problem
I honestly think we need more discussion of their ideas, policy proposals, etc. than on haircuts and pickles!
