Tancredo to bush - "don't darken the door" |
|
The gopers did their dance away from bush dance last night. Far away. Asked what they would do with bush if they were president, Tancredo said he criticized bush once and got a call from Rove to not darken the door of the white house. Tancredo said if he were president he'd tell bush the same thing. My, my. And Tommy Thompson said he would NOT send bush to the united nations. Wow, no wonder bush is buying property in Paraguay, even those in his own party hate him. I think barbara hates him too.

1. Gee Tom, why didn't you mention this before? |

Odd, isn't it, how all these Republicans are suddenly remembering their poor treatment at the hands of this corrupt administration? Mr. Tancredo may have been rudely told off about criticizing Bush (when was this, and what was the criticism about), but not a breath of this escaped his lips at any time in the past five years when it might have made a difference. Now that the political winds are blowing pretty steadily against Bush, all the Republicans feel safe to tell us what they've said privately all along (or so they would now like us to believe).
I'll credit someone's leadership skills a bit more when they were in opposition to Bush before opposition to Bush was cool.
