Has A Presidential Candidate Ever Appeared In Your Dreams? |
|
I had a dream the other night that I was on the campaign trail with Hillary Clinton. I remember it seemed so vivid and real and as I can recall, she was really funny and warm and nice to be around.
Odd, because she's not my first choice for president, but ever since that dream I've started to like her more and more.
Ever dream about a candidate, and if so, what do you think it means?

And that is don't believe everything you read on DU.
Take a look at the GOP line-up. Holy shit, they scare the crap out of me. Makes our contenders seem shiny and brilliant and actually quite fabulous.

14. Bruce Babbit. LOL Former presidential candidate and Sec of the Interior. |
|
It was after the 1992 election during the time when Bill Clinton was selecting his cabinet. I was soooo thrilled that he was choosing good environmentalists for important positions. (Bet Al Gore had something to do with that).
Anyway, in my dream "Bruce" and I were cross-country skiing together through the woods. We were all alone and I was telling him how much I admired him and his plans for what he was going to do for the environment. He seemed pleased. LOL
I've told a lot of people, in real life, about this dream, cause it kind of surprised me. Hadn't really thought about "Bruce" that much. LOL
Now the political figure I would most want to have in my dreams has never appeared; at least to my conscious knowledge. :) Of course, I realize that sometimes we forget our dreams :).

16. Yeah, Wes Clark as a candidate and Bill Clinton after he left office. |
|
Both were very charismatic and engaging. Hard not to gush over them in the dreams.

17. Had a bizarre dream about bush** |
|
I dreamed I was having to set up some tables on an iceberg so he could give some lame press conference to say there was no global warming. We were all laughing at him because by the time we got everything all set up the table legs were already partially submerged in water!
I have no idea why I had that dream!
