George Bush is not the worst President ever.
How could a man who was never elected President be the worst President ever?

Who the President is today is debatable, one could make the case for either Al Gore or John Kerry. But we do know that George W. Bush is not President.

He may be the worst American ever but he is not the worst President ever.

2. Yes, but they got in through legitimate Constitutional means
George Bush never legitimately claimed the Presidency in a legal manner that is the difference.

3. I know mrbush was installed, but wondering who else got non-elected, unless you mean like Ford, LBJ.

Refining my question, I guess no other person has been non-constitutionally installed.

7. Interesting article on this topic....

I don't think we have any precedent for what happened in 2000 or in 2004. In 2000, Gore won the popular vote but lost the electoral college. In addition Florida was stolen. Double whammy.

4. I'm really sorry I'm too old to be able to see how history really sees this idiot!
Things do usually change when viewed 20+ years later. Look at Nixon. At the time we all thought HE was the worst Prez in history, but it turns out history at least gives him credit for meeting with China and being a reasonably good diplomat. Many people HATED Truman, and if you check you'll find he and his wife had to take the train back to Mo. after he left office. Now, lots of people realize Harry was really a pretty good Prez after all.

Personally, I can't think of ANYTHING good to say about Shrub, but if there IS a hereafter, perhapse I can look back and see what history believes I missed.

6. I do wonder if Oliver Stone will make an
sympathetic treatment of Bush like he did Nixon? Probably a scene in which Dick Cheney beats Shrub like an abusive husband.

5. Cheney is.

(i included the sign: 'n/t' in the original title, but then I saw it read: Cheney is n/t

and it looked like a bad job of contracting 'is not'.)
