Political columnist Roger Simons shows admiration for Mitt Romney's body
Edited on Fri Jun-08-07 09:34 PM by antiimperialist
Columnist Roger Simons from The Politico magazine described Mitt Romney in a rather unusual way, upon declaring Romney the "winner" on the last debate.

Simons said Romney

has shoulders you could land a 737 on.

It's not the first time Simons shows admiration towards one of Romney's body parts. He previously said that Romney had
chiseled-out-of-granite features, a full, dark head of hair going a distinguished gray at the temples, and a barrel chest.

1. Wow.
Guy's got a man-crush on Mittens almost as bad as the one Tweety had for Little George in his sock-stuffed flight suit.

:puke:

3. Just wait til the Mittens-man rolls out his cod-piece outfit
It will be the uniform for fighting the Crusad --- er, uh war. Simon will be drooling so much he can't write.

4. Now I know one thing

Judging by the criteria used by Simon to determine who's a good politician, I'm 100% convinced that he won't be voting for Dennis Kucinich.

6. But when Al Gore really was in great shape in the 2000 campaign
the media sneered at him for it.

Yet another thing that's admirable if you're a Republican but laughable if you're a Democrat.

7. Looks like an attempt to cast him
as the patriarch and macho soldier type - which deserves to be critiqued for its cultural, gender, and military-worshipping implications, as well as the obvious comparison to how women in politics are normally described.

critiquing it from the homophobic perspective is less necessary, imho.
