Although Dennis Kucinich gets little respect from those whose narrow view of the campaign is limited to picking a nominee, those of us who also see the campaign as a battle of ideas know that the campaign is not necessarily a winner-take-all fight because Hillary, Edwards, Obama, or whoever is our eventual nominee may see a brilliant idea from a second tier candidate and adopt it.

In this marketplace of campaign ideas, Dennis Kucinich has a commanding lead over the pack.

Before you reject this idea of Dennis Kucinich leading the Democratic pack, please check out his new TV ad, here:

http://kucinich.us/node/4580/play

After you watch his ad, ask yourself this question: do Hillary and Obama really need more millions or should I send that Dennis Kucinich a few bucks to run his 'No more blood for oil' spot on TV?

4. It looks like the world is too imperfect for Dennis Kucinich.
I had a long talk with a very good friend today. I have been suffering greatly due to my high expectations. My friend is one of the greatest at condensing things down to simplicity. I expected people to be responsive and communicate, let alone be just plain evil and war-like. But after talking at great length, we now realize that human beings are not respectful. But it isn't something they do on purpose, nor in an evil way. Just like Bush's war. I honestly think these guys are simply unaware of the suffering. They honestly have "beautiful" minds. They want to make more money. Just like how I've sat in this room for five months waiting on a man to make a decision that is totally holding up my life. He doesn't know nor care that his indecision is affecting someone.

We here on DU see a better way. There have been worse times. But we could all live in such better harmony. There could be so much more happiness and health in the world.

The world isn't good enough for Dennis Kucinich.

5. The part missing from the commercial of numbers counting is...
...a 2/3 vote is required to make a veto-proof majority for legislation, which is 290 in the House and 67 in the Senate.

Without a veto-proof majority for legislation against funding, like the Case-Church Amendment (http://www.answers.com/topic/case-church-amendment), the Occupation will continue...

6. It's just a bunch of big numbers.
What's his plan for doing something about it? A plan that he'll be able to implement.

7. Huge DK fan here...
but let's not call him by that name. It will turn off all those who consider themselves religious.
