1. I will take the pledge as well |
|
to support he or she, no matter who it is.
If Hillary--or anyone else for that matter--gets the nomination we will have no one to blame but ourselves. Primary voters have selected a large majority of the delegates since 1972.

7. Keep Thinking Those Pretty Thoughts |

You'll be happier while the Middle Class gets obliterated by people calling themselves "Democrats". Any fan of permanent 'free' trade with China, and the Iraq War, ain't a Democrat.

10. You must be thinking of McCain.. |
|
he's a Republican, in case you didn't know. And by the by..him lashing himself to Bush Foreign policy is what is sinking his campaign.

And she's supposed to represent progressive values? Since when is it progressive to enable the race to the bottom and have "all options on the table" regarding Iran? http://www.talkleft.com/story/2007/2/3/1337/72476

14. To my knowledge, Kucinich & Gravel are the only ones with options off the table. |

And their chances of winning approach zero.

More of the same Bush-shit/different party is NOT what this country needs. We do NOT need another corporatist.

why do so many right-wingers want to see Hillary in office? Why do so many right wing corporatists work for her? I'm sure she's just using them to get into office--she'll liberal herself up from there. :sarcasm:

23. My LEAST favorite Democratic candidate looks fantastic standing next to any of the Republican ones |
|
Compared to other Democrats: Not a leader, not smart enough, too little experience, no foreign policy creds, don't like the talk, don't like the walk, seems phony... YUCK!!!
Compared to any Republican candidate: Stands up for civil rights and women's rights, understands the need for education and healthcare, fiscally responsible with taxes, would rebalance the courts, cares about the environment and energy... YESSS!!!
Once I saw the first GOP debate, I made up my mind. I still have definite preferences and opinions among Democrats, but there's no way I'll stand back and let any of those Republican rightwing nuts take office without a fight.

Ehhh, not so much. I don't think I'll bother using my energy defending Hillary or trying to describe her incredibly convoluted reasoning on Iraq. Hillary and her supporters knows what's in store for her. Among a group of friends (young males none of whom like Bush), they all think she's nuts, too close to Lieberman, supporting real violence in Iraq, while incredibly vocal on fake violence (video games).
I'll suck it up and vote for her in the GE. But this wouldn't even be an election I'd be interested in paying attention to.

Oh, yeah, I forgot, we're now living in the two party/same corporate master system of government. Carry on with the McCarthy-like tactics then.
