IMHO Bush is ignoring the new Minimum Wage Bill he signed

On May 25th Bush signed the new Minimum Wage Bill. The first increase goes into effect on July 25th.

If you go to the Dept of Labor site, you see NOTHING about a new Minimum Wage.

Second if you google "new minimum wage" you will get a lot of hits on companies that WANT to sell you the Minimum Wage posters companies put up. BUT they are all pre-orders they are waiting until they get the final word for the Dept of Labor.
