A few VERY basic facts the Republics seem to forget about Scooter

The whole thing started on the Republican's watch.

Joe Wilson was a Republican.

Valerie Plame WAS a covert NOC.

The CIA, under Republican hack Porter Goss, demanded the investigation.

Ashcroft recused himself and appointed his deputy, **Republican** James Comey, to set up the investigation.

Comey set up Republican appointee Patrick Fitzgerald to investigate and prosecute. Comey also knew what the administration would try to pull so he insulated Fitzgerald from shenanigans and mischief.

Scooter Libby did the unthinkable .... he LIED. That's called perjury. That's a felony. A jury found him guilt of same.

The judge everyone on the right is now vilifying, and who is now the recipient of RW hate mail, is a Republican Bush appointee.

And ...... much as they hate to admit it ...... Sandy Burger was monumentally uninvolved in this case.
