7. Thx for the post
It's been more than a few years since I've been in S.C. I never considered it to be a "red state", but then I mostly spent my time in Columbia.

10. As someone who is from SC....
I know what a big deal this is. I live on the coast but upstate SC is Bob Jones University territory. To get that kind of crowd there is phenomenal. I don't think we had that many in Charleston when he was here! :bounce:

21. Oh, yes!
It was the 3rd time I had seen him in SC! I was even tempted to go to Greenville but it is about a 4 hour drive. And Charleston IS still a beautiful city. In fact, I am going on Tuesday to visit some friends. :)

13. Good for Obama
It's great to see crowds coming out to support one of Democratic candidates. And Obama didn't have to take off his watch when he met crowds. ;) He trusts people and the people seem to love him.

K & R for good news about a Democrat.

16. The audience looks very diverse
This bodes well for Obama. He really does seem to have universal appeal.

20. He does this wherever he goes. Amazing.
He has charisma, rock star appeal.

The pukes wish they had someone like him.

His campaign style is populist. People are hungry for someone to unite us. I think many people, all but the most benighted dittoheads are sick and tired of the divisions in this country. He represents hope.
