How you can align yourself with a party that considers your sexual orientation a mental deformatity and a sin that will take you to the depths of hell is totally beyond me.

That's like being best friends with the person who spreads lies to everyone that you're a whore, tramp, slut, easy, you know the drill

4. You're telling me Carl Levin is worse than people who vote Republican?

As someone who had Rick Santorum as her senator for 8 years - you have got to be shitting me on that statement

5. no one is worse than Santorum.... BUT
Levin IS AS BAD as the ReTHUGS for what he is doing to the democraqtic party. We are going to lose tons of independents in the next election because of DINOS like him. They voted for the Dems to get us the hell out of this war and Levin is giving the ReTHUG talking points about the dems being weak credence!

9. Not funny for the millions around the world infected
Edited on Thu Jun-21-07 08:58 AM by gaiilonfong
Oh and that comment is certainly not something that should come out of the mouth of a so-called Liberal fighter.
Absolutely disgusting, using a deadly disease that has killed millions of innocent people, to argue about my post, and insinuating I am a troll because I am bashing Levin.

3. and another issue
I appreciate that decades ago the Republican party was the party of conservative spending and small government - which might have been the basis for the LCR.

But anyone who calls the Republican party conservative on spending or defender of small government obviously has a large brain tumor covering most of their brains and should probably see a doctor right away. Or maybe they're just a dumbass with their head up their butts

7. When tax cuts and the neocon way of life mean even more than having...........
the same rights as individuals and married couples, YOU qualify to become a sellout log cabin rethuglicon. ALL neocon rethugs are willing to sellout decency, responsibility and social consciousness for their self serving greed; it is amazing that people can be so shallow and hollow.

13. Always thought their claim to "change the party from within" was bogus
it would be so much easier to "change" Democratic lawmakers opinions on what the Log Cabinettes think are unfair taxes or whatever other reason they have to support a "conservative" agenda.

Hell, I don't want to see my tax dollars wasted either, I'm pretty sure that most other folks feel the same way. So maybe we disagree where those dollars are wasted - but it sure beats supporting people who would like to legislate us out of existence or worse.

I'd bet that the majority of that group are also the ones who find "Mr Right" or "Ms Right" and then proceed to try to change all the little things about their partner that don't really like after all.

Both strategies are delusional at their core.

16. It is one of the most
cognitively dissonanced groups in history, except maybe the "Jews for Hitler" party back in the 40's (sarcasm...no flames please)
