Great Frontline on PBS about just how F'd up the war in Iraq is
It aired the other night. They discussed how they NEVER prepared for an insurgency. Once they took Baghdad, they replaced all the senior generals with green ones with little or no combat experience. I didn't realize the General Casey had NEVER commanded troops before Iraq. Alot of stuff is known, but its packaged in such a way that you say "holy fuck"

If you get a chance to see it, highly recommended.
