1. Funding

Privately funded stem cell research is ongoing. What is holding research in this country back is the lack of serious NIH funding for university based research. That's what all this is about. It's socialist medicine combined with blastocyst worship, a real winner for the religious flat earthers.

it is sad that we have to wait for a Democratic president in order to get the funding then. How many lives will be unnecessarily lost? I guess that will be Bush's legacy "killing thousands upon thousands of people for no good reason at all."

3. We were willing to donate ours. Unfortunately, we didn't have any

extras left to donate. Thankfully our last little frozen embryo is at summer camp on a creek walk today. I get to pick him up after work and de-muddify him ;)
