Moore is ok with "Sicko" downloads ...get it here ...link |
|
Edited on Sat Jun-23-07 07:03 PM by L0oniX
available here: http://pop.thousandrobots.com/ and various other sites ...search "Sicko" on Google. Moore's stance on file-sharing is that it's okay so as long people aren't profiting from it. He feels that the message behind his films are what's most importnat, and that he does well enough financially that he's more concerned with spreading ideas than he is with ensuring that everybody properly pays to hear them. quote from: http://www.zeropaid.com/news/8846/Michael+Moore's+new+documentary+%22Sicko%22+leaked+on+BitTorrentvideo of Moore: http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=1904114401893858778&hl=en

I downloaded is 'sick.gvi.avi'. It won't play in MP or Google Player. What do the two file types mean? :pullinghairout:

http://pop.thousandrobots.comgvi is a Google file type and avi is the MS media player file type. You could try renaming the file to sicko.gvi.

I was able to play it with the VLC player and also download again and get just the .gvi file.
I've seen it now. It's very sad.

It will bring you to a very healty seed of Sicko, right at the top.....Oops apparently dead.
Try Demonoid instead or any of the other sites on that list

computer. What could have happened to it (I didn't specify where to save it, I just assumed it would land on my desktop like everything else seems to.) Any suggestions anyone? Oh, and BTW. since I won't be able to see it at the movies, I'm going to purchase a ticket online anyway. I know it's not as effective as being there with a crowd, but that's the best I can do.
