==Edwards Maintains Lead in Iowa, Thompson Jumps to Second

Political Wire got an advance look at a new Strategic Vision (R) poll in Iowa that shows John Edwards continuing to lead the Democratic pack with 26%, followed by Sen. Barack Obama at 21%, Sen. Hillary Clinton at 20% and Gov. Bill Richardson at 11%.

On the Republican side, Mitt Romney still leads his rivals but Fred Thompson jumped to a solid second place and is just six points behind, followed by Rudy Giuliani in third and John McCain falling to fourth place.==

5. Closes in on Obama? Nice spin. He was in third in last few IA polls and now he's in second.
or a statistical dead heat for second with Hillary, who was in first or tied for it in the same last few polls.

Not surprisingly, the "closes in" comment was your "interpretation" and not taken from the post at politicalwire.

...as your Obama-bashfest continues.

6. he's referring to the previous Strategic Vision poll
If we want to address ALL recent polls, Clinton leads in the last Iowa poll.
