So, who do you want as the next President,
Guiliani, Mitt, Thompson, McCain, or some other Republican?

If the Democrats don't wake up and get behind a candidate that can actually win we are in deep shit; and it's only 2007.

I hope Al Gore is paying attention.

2. Do you really think
that Al Gore has the stamina to run again? He came so heart-breakingly close last time, only to see it slip away. He's doing great now, spreading the gospel of climate change. Why would he want ot enter the bloody arena again?

Maybe he does want it?? But I don't see the evidence.

3. any one of our frontrunners
can win.

We don't need to do anything now - other than pick a candidate.

run 'em for Prez, and they still wouldn't win. The Republican Party will be in the wilderness for a long, long time, thanks to the antics of this Administration. The only possible way they could hold on to The White House is if they steal the election (AGAIN) or rig the vote count (DITTO).

Let 'em run Fred Thompson - the man's got more skeletons in his closet than King Tut's tomb. By the time every Democratic blogger and operative exposes him, Thompson will wish he's stayed in Hollywood cutting scenes for "Law and Order".

We have an outstanding slate of candidates that makes it tough to decide who to support. However, former Senator John Edwards is closest to my viewpoints on the issues, he's a Southerner and (bonus point for Senator Edwards here) he's scaring the hell out of Ann Coulter!

10. John Edwards
There is still time. Americans don't bother paying attention until a few months before the election anyway. And that is if there is nothing else more exciting on TV
