Newsweek Cover for This Week
Well, the Hillarybots had her on the cover of fortune magazine discussing why corporations like her. So, we Obamaniacs get to have our cover story, too. About Obama shaking up assumptions. It's fun when a candidate you support shows up on the cover, however.

1. Obama looks weary eyed and tired..
doesn't look up for the task. I wonder if he's feeling sorry for getting in over his head and should have given himself more time to prepare?

Obama was just given a pair of snowshoes at the base of the mountain.

I'm willing to give him more time.

17. You know, every time you post something like that you help Obama and hurt your own cause.
Why do you think making obnoxious comments like that helps your candidate?

Have you heard anything about OB folding his tent?

Do you think he will throw whatever support he has left to Hillary?

Just askin'-

24. You're probably right.
A real Clinton supporter wouldn't even consider being as obnoxious as Tellurian. That sort of negative bullshit is not what Clinton's campaign is about.

22. Oh, please. Do we need to bring out the 'tired eyed' photos of Hillary?
Edited on Sun Jul-08-07 10:00 PM by ripple
You are behaving like the same people who have and will trash Hillary (and other candidates)in the media.

Much like with Bush's Guantanamo practices, I have to ask: Just what sets you apart from those whom you claim to despise? In other words, why in the hell are you a democrat, if you are so comfortable with using republican tactics to insult other dems?

36. It IS impressive, isn't it?
I'm not a Hillary supporter, anyway, but the behavior of some Hillary "supporters" is really amazing. "Weary eyed and tired"? "Not up to the task"? Sheesh - indeed now that I've seen that picture I realize Obama should fold up and go home even though the primaries aren't for 6 months, and he is leading in the fundraising. More importantly, by the number of people who have donated.

I think he may become quite formidable as his name gets better known - I know a lot of people who aren't all that involved in politics who aren't yet familiar with him, and I think that is going to change. It's SO early that polls mean nothing to me, but according to some posters, all the other candidates should just pack up and go home - Hillary, the right wing's dream candidate, has it sewn up. It's just so silly.

33. "Weary and tired?"
In comparison to the bags under Hillary's eyes?

To be honest, he looks ready to take on the inevitable slings and arrows being thrown by his opponents.

Are you so uncertain of Obama that you think that offending her and her supporters is the only way for his success?

BTW - I am undecided at this stage but will vote for whoever is the nominee

20. Take the polls we will see what they mean in January. In the last
election the polls were wrong. Remember Kerry was leading. If they were correct he would be in the White House now.
