Partial Government Shutdown In Pennsylvania
Pennsylvanians will be unable to take driver's license tests, state-run museums will be shuttered and casinos will have to stop taking bets Monday unless an 11th-hour breakthrough over the budget stalemate averts a partial government shutdown.

If Sunday ends without a compromise between Gov. Ed Rendell and the Legislature, 24,000 state workers whose jobs are not deemed to be essential to health and safety will be furloughed without pay at 12:01 a.m. Monday.
